Artist Booking – Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
- A booking will only be confirmed after receiving an advance payment (minimum 30%–50% of total amount).
- Without advance payment, no date or artist will be reserved.
2. Payment Structure
- Advance Payment: 30%–50% at the time of booking
- Remaining Payment: Must be cleared before the event starts (preferably 24–48 hours prior)
3. Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash
- Cash (if applicable)
4. Cancellation Policy
- If the client cancels:
- 7 days before event: Partial refund (if applicable)
- Less than 7 days: No refund (advance will be non-refundable)
- If the artist cancels due to unavoidable reasons, a replacement will be arranged or refund will be issued.
5. Date Change Policy
- Date change is subject to artist availability.
- Must be informed at least 5–7 days before the event.
- Additional charges may apply.
6. Event Timings
- Artist will perform as per agreed time duration.
- Extra time will be charged separately.
7. Travel & Accommodation
- If the event is outside the artist’s city: Travel, accommodation, and meals will be provided by the client or charged additionally.
8. Technical Requirements
- Sound system, stage, lighting, and other technical arrangements are the responsibility of the client unless agreed otherwise.
9. Security & Safety
- Client must ensure proper security for the artist and team at the venue.
- Any misbehavior or unsafe conditions may result in cancellation without refund.
10. Force Majeure
- In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen situations, both parties will mutually decide on rescheduling or adjustments.
